Luxury Incentive Experience | Ireland | Dual-Destination 

This luxury incentive trip through Ireland offered an elevated and intimate experience for a select group of VIP guests. With a carefully curated itinerary spanning two premier hotel properties in Dublin and Killarney, the program was designed to showcase the best of Ireland’s charm, culture, and hospitality.

Guests were welcomed with personalized touches, private transfers, and seamless logistics from city to countryside. In Dublin, the focus was on elegant city experiences—fine dining, local entertainment, and guided tours. In Killarney, the mood shifted to the lush, scenic beauty of Ireland’s southwest with small-group excursions, spa time, and a relaxed pace.

Every detail was crafted to reflect a balance of luxury, authenticity, and ease—from gifting suites and intimate dinners to curated experiences that felt both exclusive and personal. Thoughtful planning, local partnerships, and guest-centered design made this trip a standout among high-end travel programs.

Immersive Guest Experiance

Cultural Immersion Experience | Dual Destination | South Africa

This one-of-a-kind program invited guests to experience the cultural richness and natural beauty of South Africa through a thoughtfully curated itinerary that balanced luxury, adventure, and authenticity.

The journey began in Cape Town, where guests stayed at a picturesque, centrally located hotel and explored iconic sites like Table Mountain and the vibrant V&A Waterfront. Local guides and curated excursions provided context and connection, allowing guests to experience the city’s energy, food, and history firsthand.

 

The program then transitioned on a charter flight to Kapama Private Game Reserve, where guests stayed at a luxurious safari lodge surrounded by the raw beauty of the African bush. Game drives, sundowners, and up-close wildlife encounters were paired with personalized touches and meaningful conversations around conservation and local culture.

We ended the beautiful week-long trip with a cultural dinner in the bush surrounded by the wildlife and blanket of the night sky. The challenge here was ensuring that all of our guests were safe. With full trust of the local guides they were on guard to any threats. 

​

From two uniquely stunning hotels to immersive experiences rooted in place, this event gave guests more than a trip—it offered perspective, storytelling, and a deep sense of connection with the people and land of South Africa.

Garden Wedding

300 Guests | Elegant Outdoor Celebration | Logistical Challenges

Planning a 300-guest wedding in a formal garden setting came with both beauty and logistical complexity. The ceremony and reception took place in a circular garden space that required strategic coordination from the very beginning.

One of the key challenges was designing a layout that balanced both form and function. I worked closely with the rental company to source a square tent that could be properly anchored within the round garden footprint—ensuring full guest coverage without disrupting the surrounding landscape. We built the event from the ground up: shuttling in all guests, setting up cocktail and dinner service stations, and managing timeline flow from ceremony through to the final toast. Dancing party to end the successful day and the happy couple.

With weather as a wildcard, I also developed a nearby backup plan and communicated it to all vendors to ensure a smooth pivot if needed. The end result was an unforgettable, elegant evening where guests felt completely immersed in the space—and the couple was able to enjoy their day without a single concern.

Multi-Day Conference

Business Meets Relaxation: A Seamless Conference Experience

 

This multi-day conference in Mexico brought together 350 attendees for a dynamic blend of professional development, brand engagement, and meaningful connection—all within a luxury resort setting. The program was designed to strike the perfect balance between topic-driven content and personal downtime, giving guests a conference experience that felt both productive and refreshing.

The event featured:

  • Large-scale general sessions with impactful presentations and panel discussions

  • High-production AV design to elevate the visual experience and impress sponsors, clients, and potential investors

  • Production and stage management of general session, speakers, and breakouts. 

  • Curated off-site excursions and resort activities for guests to unwind and connect

  • Seamless dining experiences and private group dinners, highlighting local flavor and hospitality

One of the key challenges was managing a complex agenda across multiple venues while keeping the program on schedule and engaging. Through detailed planning, clear communication, and trusted vendor partnerships, we delivered a conference that not only ran smoothly but left a lasting impression on every attendee.

Award Dinner

Awards Dinner Experience | Travel | Cancun, Mexico

For this destination event, we welcomed 350 guests to a top-tier resort in Cancun, blending culture, celebration, and recognition into one unforgettable weekend. The program featured group excursions during the day, followed by an outdoor awards dinner designed to immerse attendees in local flavor—with live cultural performers, heartfelt speeches, and award presentations honoring top achievers.

​

The biggest challenge was managing the event’s outdoor setting on an unusually hot, humid, and overcast day. I monitored weather conditions closely, coordinated with the hotel team, and had contingencies ready. Just in time, a welcome breeze rolled in, offering relief and allowing the night to unfold as planned.

​

Timing was everything: we had to balance performances, timed multi course meal service, and speaker segments—all while keeping energy high and the program on schedule. The result was a beautifully paced evening that felt celebratory, meaningful, and seamlessly executed.

Multi Event Management

 5 Venues | 1 Property | Same Day

Coordinating five unique events on a single property in one day required detailed planning, precise timelines, and strong team communication.

​

Each event had its own setup, guest needs, and vendor requirements—meaning I had to manage overlapping logistics while ensuring each group felt like the priority.

​

One of the biggest challenges was that I physically couldn’t be in five places at once. To solve this, I built a trusted team and assigned clear leads to each event while maintaining centralized oversight of the full-day timeline. I developed a master schedule with buffer windows for transitions, managed real-time communication via radio and shared docs, and stayed agile when last-minute changes inevitably came up.

​

This experience was a true test of strategic delegation, time management, and composure—and it paid off. Every event ran smoothly, guests were happy, and my team walked away proud and stronger than ever.

Wedding Planning Showcase 

Preferred Vendors | Packages | Catering

An Elevated Preview of the Perfect Day

 

To support wedding bookings and upgraded options we put together an all inclusive event to showcase our venue's full potential,

 

I organized and led a wedding planning showcase event that brought together our preferred vendors, custom package offerings, and a wide variety of our in-house catering menu—all under one roof.

​

The goal was to give couples an immersive, stress-free way to envision their big day while meeting the experts who could bring it to life. The event featured:

​

  • Styled mock ceremony and reception setups across multiple spaces

  • Vendor booths including florals, photography, DJs, rentals, and cakes

  • Tasting stations and passed appetizers highlighting our culinary team’s versatility

  • Clear package breakdowns and pricing displays for transparency and ease

  • Live Q&A and planning guidance for couples in all stages of their journey

This event not only drove direct bookings and styled upgrades, but also strengthened relationships with our vendor partners and elevated our brand as a full-service wedding destination. From the layout and flow to every guest touchpoint, the showcase was carefully designed to reflect the beauty, ease, and quality couples could expect on their wedding day.
